IGSender is operated by Growthlinker Private Limited. We respect your right to have your personal data deleted. You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time using either of the methods below.

How to delete your data

Option 1 — Self-service

Log in to your IGSender account → go to Settings → Account → click "Delete Account". Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Email request

Send an email to [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account profile (name, email, profile picture)
All connected Instagram accounts and their access tokens
All campaigns, automation rules, and message templates you created
All contacts and conversation data saved through your campaigns
Your billing history and subscription data
All usage logs and analytics associated with your account

What we may retain

We may retain certain data as required by applicable law — for example, invoices and billing records are kept for up to 7 years to comply with Indian tax regulations. This data is not used for any marketing or product purpose.

We also keep a one-way cryptographic hash of your email address (a SHA-256 digest — not the address itself) together with a record that the account was deleted. This is used for one purpose only: our refund policy allows one no-questions-asked refund per person for life, and without it that limit could be reset by deleting an account and signing up again. A hash cannot be reversed, emailed or sold, and we do not use it to contact you or for any marketing.

Revoking Instagram access

IGSender connects to your Instagram account through Instagram's official login. When you disconnect an account inside IGSender (Settings → Instagram Account → Disconnect), we immediately revoke our access token with Meta, so IGSender can no longer access your account.

You can also review and remove connected apps directly from Instagram:

Open the Instagram app → Settings and activity
Go to Apps and websites (under "Website permissions" / "Account")
Find IGSender and tap Remove

Removing access stops any further data access. To also delete the data we have already stored, use the self-service deletion or email request described above.

Processing time

Self-service deletion is immediate. Email requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
