1. Digital service — no physical shipping

IGSender, operated by Growthlinker Private Limited, is a fully digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. All of our offerings are delivered electronically over the internet and are accessed through your account at igsender.com.

2. How service is delivered

Free plan: Activated instantly the moment you create your account and verify your email.
Paid plans (Pro Monthly / Pro Annual): Activated instantly upon successful payment confirmation from our payment gateway (Razorpay / Stripe). Pro features unlock automatically inside your account within a few seconds.
Receipts & invoices: Emailed to your registered email address within minutes of a successful payment. You can also download invoices anytime from Settings → Billing.

3. Delivery timeline

Because everything we deliver is digital and account-based, there is no shipping time, no courier, and no tracking number. Service is delivered the instant your payment is verified by the payment gateway. In rare cases of a payment gateway delay, activation may take up to a few minutes.

4. If activation does not happen

If your payment was deducted but your plan was not upgraded within 30 minutes, please email [email protected] with your payment receipt / transaction ID. We will verify and either activate your plan or initiate a full refund within 2 business days.

5. Geographic availability

Our service is available globally over the internet. There are no shipping zones, country restrictions, or delivery fees. Local taxes (such as GST in India) may apply and are shown on your invoice.
