ManyChat alternatives for Indian creators
Most people leave ManyChat for one reason: it charges by how many people talk to you, not by how much you send. Here are six alternatives that do not, with what each actually costs.
ManyChat is the best-known tool in this category and, for multi-channel work, still a reasonable choice. The reason creators go looking for alternatives is almost never the features — it is the pricing model.
Why the model matters more than the price
ManyChat prices per contact: every person who interacts with your automation counts, and they keep counting after they stop engaging. That has an awkward consequence — a reel that does unusually well raises your bill, even though the extra contacts may never buy anything. The tools below charge per DM sent or a flat monthly rate, so a viral post costs you the same as a quiet week.
We have not listed ManyChat's tier prices here. Their pricing page blocks automated access, so we could not verify current numbers at source, and quoting a figure we cannot check is exactly what this blog tries not to do. Check manychat.com/pricing directly — the tiers are audience-dependent and they change.
The six alternatives
1. IGSender — most connected accounts for the price
₹499/month (about $5.99) for unlimited DMs across 10 connected Instagram accounts, with a free tier at 1,000 DMs a month. Comment-to-DM, story replies, a follow gate that unlocks your link only after they follow, story mention replies and re-triggering past commenters. Bills in rupees, so no foreign transaction fee. Full disclosure: this is our product — the numbers are from our own pricing page and you can check them.
2. LinktoDM — the other rupee-priced option
₹699/month, or ₹542/month billed yearly, for unlimited contacts across 3 creator accounts. Its free plan is the most generous here: 3 creator accounts and 2,000 contacts. It also ships AI intent triggers and AI auto-reply, which most tools at this price do not.
3. InstantDM — cheapest flat USD price
$9.99/month for unlimited automation. Worth knowing before you buy: follow-up messages and the advanced safety mode sit on the $24.99 Trendsetter tier, not the entry plan. It does cover Facebook automation and a visual flow builder.
4. CreatorFlow — strongest lead-capture features
$15/month ($12 billed annually) for 5,000 DMs across 2 accounts; Growth is $30/month for 10,000 DMs and 5 accounts. Pro adds an email gate, a follow gate, link click tracking and geo analytics. Free tier is 500 DMs a month.
5. ReplyRush — built for very high volume
$25/month for 40,000 DMs across 3 Instagram accounts, and $100/month for 400,000 DMs across 5. If your sending genuinely runs into the hundreds of thousands, this is the one designed for it. Free plan is 1,500 DMs a month, the largest DM-based free tier on this list.
6. Earnly Magic Link — free, and only free
No paid tier at all, no card required. It does comment-to-DM on the official Meta API and nothing else — no story replies, no analytics dashboard. It exists to deliver Earnly affiliate links. If comment-to-DM is the whole job, nothing on this list beats free.

When you should stay on ManyChat
- •You need WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook Messenger and email in one flow builder. Nothing on this list matches that breadth.
- •You already have complex flows built and working. Rebuilding them has a real cost that a cheaper monthly price may not cover.
- •Your team is trained on it. Tool-switching costs are mostly human, not financial.
If none of those apply and you are on Instagram only, the per-contact model is the thing you are paying for and not using.
